I løbet af sæsonen inviterer byen til mange arrangementer f.eks. Ribe By Night, og hver onsdag formiddag fra maj til september er der torvedag for små og store på Skibbroen. Juleindkøbene er et kapitel for sig. Decemberarrangementerne i gamle Ribe gør det ekstra hyggeligt at købe julegaver.

Hornvarefabrikken in Ribe
Hornvarefabrikken is the only company in Denmark producing arts and crafts made out of horn. The company was established in 1935 in Bøvling and still "made in Denmark".
