Tjæreborg Church
Tjæreborg church is a village church built in the year 1200 in block stone and tufted stone, the church has a richly decorated church room.
The chair gables in the church were carved in Ribe in the years 1570-1580. The altarpiece in cartilage baroque style is carved by carver Anders Sørensen, Odense in the year 1655. Pulpit chair is in late renaissance style. In the church is a wooden ceiling with oil paintings of the 12 apostles from approx. 1650th
