P. Clausens Fiskehandel and Sønderho Kro
Jakob Clausen, who runs the country's oldest fish shop, P. Clausens in Aarhus, will come to Sønderho Kro on September 18th for an evening where fish and seafood dishes of the usual high standard will be served.
Sønderho Kro has therefore invited Jakob to an evening where high-quality seafood dishes will be served, and open and honest communication about the challenges we each experience when choosing products for the business and raw materials for the food we serve.
A gastronomic evening beyond the ordinary, where we get to know each other, and where it is possible to talk about the many issues we deal with on a daily basis when putting together a menu.

The menu will be served as a communal meal, and there is a limited number of seats.
Menu: 5 courses with accompanying wine and bubbles DKK 1,645 per person.
