Chef’s Dinner with Boris Kløft

We’re thrilled to welcome Boris Kløft from Formel B back to Fanø on Thursday 7th August 2025!

Last year’s chef’s dinner with Boris Kløft and Jeppe Hillebrecht was a sold-out success, and we’re overjoyed to have Boris returning once again. This time, he’ll be accompanied by another chef, whose name will be revealed later.

Boris trained at Formel B and was part of the team when Brian Mark Hansen won the Bocuse d’Or in 2022. In November 2023, Boris was awarded Young Chef of the Year. Since then, he has worked at the two-Michelin-starred Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen and Aux Lyonnais in Paris.

The dinner features 12 exquisite courses, including a glass of champagne and five carefully selected wines. Weather permitting, we will start in our beautiful garden.

 

Prices:

  • 12-course dinner with wine pairing: 2,500 DKK

  • Overnight stay, 12-course dinner, wine pairing & breakfast: 3,345 DKK per person
