The Fisheries and Maritime Museum hosts the Oyster Gala 2021, where the autumn holidays and the oyster season kick off.
We start with champagne under the whale skeletons in the foyer. Here is a brief introduction to oysters and its natural history and gastronomic characteristics. The gourmet experience takes place in the darkness of the saltwater aquarium and takes you through 6 oyster dishes.
MS Smag's own chefs are visited by producers, guest chefs and other professionals from outside.
The delicious dishes are accompanied by crispy bubbles and aromatic wines and perhaps a single glass of porter, all in tune with the dishes.
