Dunkel in the Cathedral
Experience Ribe Cathedral in a whole new way when darkness falls. On this special evening, you are invited on an atmospheric journey of discovery through the church's hidden rooms and historical nooks. Also experience a very special theater experience: The Nightingale - a shadow theater for children.

Bring your flashlight and let the light guide you through the dark corridors, up the tower and into the church's secret stories.
Along the way, you can experience the special atmosphere that arises when the old cathedral appears in a completely new light - or rather, in the dark.
For example, take an evening walk in the tower, where you can experience the view of Ribe at dusk.
It will be a unique and sensual evening, where Ribe Cathedral is transformed into a living storytelling room. An experience for both children and adults who are curious about exploring the church's hidden world.
Also experience a very special theater experience: The Nightingale - a shadow theater for children. Free performances Friday 16th October at 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
