Dark walk in Ripa
Darkness has fallen over Ripa. Join us on an atmospheric tour through the pitch-black Viking town, where only the light of a lantern guides the way through the night and where sounds, smells, and shadows are perceived in a completely new way.
The paths lead out into the darkness and on to the stories of the night. The cool wind nibbles on your cheeks, and a sudden rustle sends a shiver down your neck. Along the way, you will meet people from the Viking Age who share stories about creatures, omens and myths from a time when the night was really dark, and imagination was given free rein.
The dark walk is a sensory experience for the whole family, where story and atmosphere merge in the Viking city. The tour ends in the longhouse's beautiful hall, where a cup of soup is served by the fireplace and one last story is told before night takes over again.
